How to write error-free emails when you are a teacher?
Introduction
Hi! My name is Justine and I have been in Social Science, in the field of education, for about 3 years. In my program, my courses have a multidisciplinary approach to help future teachers to be able to share their knowledge of the world with their students.
Like you, I don't want to be embarrassed by simple grammar mistakes that I could easily correct.
First, I want to say that my English is not the best, but I am really motivated to improve my communication and writing skills in English.
I have been using the website Virtual Writing Tutor, for about 6 months, and it really helped me when it was time to review and correct my writing.
In this screencast, my goal is to demonstrate how to use effectively the website Virtual Writing Tutor, so you can be able to solve a problem that may happen when you are a teacher.
Follow step-by-step the tutorial and you will solve your problem easily.
You will be amazed by all the tools on the website!
The Problem
Let me explain the problem you may have when you are a primary or a high school teacher. During the semester, it happens that a teacher must communicate, by email, with the parents of her students for many reasons as warning parents regarding the bad behaviour of their child who disturbs the good management of the class. As a teacher, you are expected to communicate well in your language and to have fewer errors in your writing, so it is essential to send error-free emails to the parents.
If you send an email with many grammar mistakes, the parents may not take the problem seriously, so you might lose credibility as a teacher, and they might have a bias in education.
Imagine that you are an English teacher, in high school, and you send an email to one of your student's parents because of his bad behaviour in class. I'm quite sure that the parents would not want to receive an email with a lot of grammar mistakes in it.
Don't worry! It exists a simple solution. Very soon, I will show you step-by-step how to solve this problem in only a few clicks.

The Solution
Now, I will show you how to solve the problem I mentioned before by checking on possible grammar mistakes you would make as a teacher.
First, in the text area, write or copy-paste the text from the email written to the parents. For example: Dear Mr. and Mrs. Oliver, I wanted to warn you that your child have a really bad behaviour since the start of the year. He doesn't want to listen when i talk to him and he do other things instead of the work required. I hope that you could have a good conversation with Noah.
